The system supports 4-20 inch display panels and incorporates a mechanical auto-compensation system to perfectly accommodate special-shaped cuts, notched designs, and narrow bezels (minimum 0.5mm). It can store parameters for 100 product models, achieving changeover times of ≤15 minutes for existing models and ≤60 minutes for new models.
The system is equipped with four 65-megapixel main cameras and a U-eyes visual inspection system, achieving 0.03mm-level defect recognition to accurately identify functional defects such as display abnormalities and bright lines. Combined with a programmable illumination mechanism featuring 0.05mm pressing precision and 8 detection screen modes, it optimizes imaging conditions to ensure a missed detection rate of ≤0.1% and an overkill rate of ≤1%, guaranteeing precise functional defect judgment.
The system integrates an 8K line-scan camera with a customized linear light source to precisely detect point defects ≥0.05mm and fine scratches on both the upper and lower surfaces of products, eliminating the omission of miniature flaws. Equipped with a scanner capable of reading QR codes as small as 1.0×1.0mm, it stores all code data locally with export functionality, enabling complete product lifecycle traceability.
The system enables seamless integration with CIM/MES systems, automatically uploading equipment status, product QR code information, OK/NG counts, defect coordinates, and other data in real time. It supports recipe management and engineering data traceability, meeting the requirements of intelligent production line management.
