Module Backlight Detection
Designed specifically for backlight modules of mobile phones, laptops, AR/VR devices, etc., it features a strip-shaped belt to prevent damage to the adhesive frame. The process includes film removal and dust cleaning, as well as pre-treatment such as film pressing and development to eliminate interference. Equipped with dual illumination methods and multi-angle cameras, it achieves full coverage in detecting over 10 types of defects, including internal contamination and dark spots, with a detection rate of 99.8%. The algorithms are flexibly adaptable to irregularly shaped products and compatible with traditional Blu and Mini LED backlights.

This system ensures a stable light source supply through mainstream copper plate pressing (or probe pressing) illumination mechanisms. Paired with a high-sensitivity camera, it achieves high-precision brightness and chroma data collection. The acquired data is then converted into specific numerical values and compared against standards to complete objective quantitative assessment, effectively guaranteeing the optical compliance of backlight products.
The dual-station setup enhances inspection accuracy: one station removes film and eliminates dust interference, while the other presses the film to reveal defects without causing damage. This ensures comprehensive, gap-free quality control by detecting over 10 types of defects.
