The system is built around a core comprising an electric cylinder-driven Z-axis (positioning accuracy: ±0.02mm) and a UVW fine-tuning stage (alignment accuracy: ±0.02mm), with the positioning camera itself achieving an accuracy of ±0.01mm. It utilizes a fixed rail-type fixture (accuracy: ±0.25mm) with adjustable pressing force to meet the demands of both inspection alignment and testing.

The system is equipped with an integrated EPC (Edge Position Control) system for unwinding and rewinding, which boasts a high precision of ±0.03mm. This effectively prevents electrostatic damage and material stretching during transmission. Furthermore, the splicing station features an added pressing mechanism to suppress curling or unevenness at the splice joint, facilitating easier operation and ensuring seamless material transfer.
The inkjet module is equipped with an XY movement mechanism, supporting the editing of QR code content, size, and position (e.g., a code with <10 digits set to a 10mm size). It generates marks by converting electrical test results based on the rule: "0=OK, 1=NG, X=Blank."
