The transfer arm completes the cycle of "picking material from Platform #1 → 180° automatic flipping → placing material onto Fixture #2" without manual intervention, thus minimizing secondary damage to the glass.
The system employs a combination of an area scan camera and a line scan camera: the former rapidly captures the full-surface appearance of the glass (scratches, spots, foreign matter, etc.), while the latter performs a line-by-line scan of the edge profile (long/short edge perpendicularity, edge smoothness, etc.), achieving 100% inspection coverage.
The inspection assembly is mounted on a high-rigidity marble base, which isolates vibrational interference, ensuring a positioning deviation of less than 0.1mm and thereby laying the foundation for high-precision detection.
The system supports the inspection of multiple UTG specifications, with a minimum thickness capability of 0.03mm. To meet diverse client needs, it offers flexible configurations: for product sizes within 500mm, a cost-effective standard inspection module ensures rapid deployment.
