All channels feature short-circuit protection. When an output channel encounters an external short-circuit condition, the device immediately activates hardware protection measures and terminates both signal and power output, significantly reducing equipment abnormalities caused by external human factors.
The signal interfaces are equipped with ESD protection, with each signal channel supporting 15kV air discharge and 8kV contact discharge capabilities.
This device has a maximum output current of 200mA and can drive multiple LCD cells simultaneously, with the specific quantity depending on the cell size. The device supports screen testing operations through a Windows-based GUI host computer, and can also perform backlight testing via the Control Box. The Control Box features functions such as VCOM fine-tuning, model and workstation selection, as well as manual and automatic cycling backlight testing.
The device can output 120 signal channels, each without clock or data, and can be freely edited on the upper computer interface. The data of each channel can be freely copied, making engineering file editing convenient and fast.
