Through dedicated application software, users can flexibly configure Timing/Pattern/Program parameters to rapidly create customized test cases, enabling highly efficient automated test workflows.
Designed for OLED display modules, the system supports offline lighting inspection, aging tests, quality assurance verification, and R&D debugging, enabling comprehensive testing across multiple dimensions including signal integrity, visual performance, and electrical characteristics.
Capable of seamless integration with AOI, Demura and other inspection equipment, the system enhances automated production line efficiency while improving both manufacturing productivity and product quality.
