Battery insulation film, with a thickness of 5 microns and a length of ≥10,000 meters per roll, undergoes defect detection for scratches on the end face, uneven end faces, oil stains, and star-shaped defects.
The original optical solution created by Freesense enables 360° shooting, which can solve the pain point of arc detection.
The customer originally required manual inspection by one person using a flashlight to conduct multi-angle manual inspection. Now, our product can complete the inspection of a roll in 50 seconds, with a detection speed increased by 6 to 7 times compared to manual inspection, and a detection rate of over 90%.
